Approachable, encouraging, with a forensic eye. Tom explains the ‘why’ behind your issues in accessible terms (or in technical detail if you want that, which I usually do) so you understand the cause(s) of your issues. His advice is tailored to you, and what you can physically do. His is the only golf improvement voice I listen to and would recommend you do too.
